Key responsibilities:

• Streamline product delivery operations, resource planning, and inter-team dependencies across squads.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and administer enterprise SaaS software licenses and cloud vendor contracts.
• Design lightweight operational frameworks that enhance developer velocity without creating red tape.
• Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive performance reporting.

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years in business operations, strategy consulting, or program management in fast-scaling tech companies.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities (P&L forecasting, cost-benefit analysis).
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects and rally cross-functional stakeholders around unified goals.
• Natural communicator with executive presence and high operational drive.

Will be a plus:

• Prior background in venture-backed tech startups or management consulting.
• Experience establishing international subsidiaries and tax-efficient operational entities.
